Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-NAP-40176-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Napa County Public Works Department. The Project will replace an existing perched, undersized culvert with a bottomless arch bridge precast culvert where Dry Creek Road crosses Campbell Creek. Replacement of the existing culvert will include installation of a dewatering system, removal and excavation of the existing culvert, construction of the new bottomless arch culvert, reconstruction of the roadway over the new culvert, grading of the streambed to lay back banks, restoration of the streambed, and revegetation.
