Document Description
The scope of work includes fence art, large metal art elements, murals, landscape vegetation, hardscape pathways and bridge overhead enhancements at various locations. All proposed work will take place within the Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of this project is to compliment enhanced infrastructure-safety measures
with beautification measures. The need of this project is to improve conditions and make the areas clean, safe, and beautiful for the traveling public.
