Water right application A030912 was filed with the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), Division of Water Rights (Division) on January 6, 1999, to divert water from an unnamed stream tributary to Edwards Creek thence the Russian River, and an unnamed stream tributary to the Russian River. The Division has permitted a water right authorizing diversion of up to 22.1 acre-feet per year to storage at two existing onstream reservoirs (POD1/Lake Reservoirs, POD 2/Pond Reservoir). The season of diversion is from December 16 of each year to March 31 of the succeeding year. Diverted water must be for irrigation, stock watering, incidental recreation, and incidental fire protection of 51 acres of existing vineyard. The reason for exemption is existing facilities.
