Document Description
The project includes a General Plan Amendment to re-designate a 9.9-acre project site from Commercial to High Density Residential, and a Rezone from Highway Commercial to High-Density Multiple Family (R4A). The R4A zoning designation allows for a density of 20 to 30 dwelling units per acre. The final site plan has not yet been prepared, and build out of the proposed project is assumed to include the construction of 200 to 240 high-density residential units, as well as on-site parking, and associated utility connections.
