Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approves of the revisions to the Closure Plan for the hazardous waste facility permit and subsequent Closure of the General Electric International, Inc. (GE) Facility (Facility) at 3601 East La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806-2119. The Facility must implement its closure plan, which has been revised to considering current regulatory standards. The Closure Plan includes cleaning, removing, demolishing, or disposing of any contaminated equipment and structures that may be present at the site, implementing sampling and monitoring plans, and any potential cleanup activities.

The Closure and Closure Plan revisions are consistent with the actions taken by regulatory agency, to assure the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of the environment.
