Document Description
This project addresses two locations on State Route (SR) 20 in Colusa County. Location 1 is a hairpin turn at Lynch Canyon, just east of the Lake County line (post mile R0.6/R1.2) and Location 2 at the intersection of SR 20 and SR 16 (post mile 3.45). All work is within the operational right-of-way. Work is to upgrade pavement with high friction surface treatment, upgrade guardrail and concrete vegetation control, bring signs to current standards including with solar powered flashing beacons, and upgrade the existing census station at the State Route 16/20 intersection.
