The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has prepared this Initial Study with Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the State Route (SR) 1 Culvert Replacement Project (Project). Caltrans proposes to remove, replace, and extend the culvert at post mile (PM) 40.3 on SR 1 in Marin County, California.
