Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes this Safety Improvement project between PMs 25.5 and 27.4 along Interstate 80 (I-80) in Nevada (NEV) County. This project intends to restore the surface of the existing Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement (JPCP) through diamond grinding and grooving and applying polyester concrete overlay, as well as repairing the existing drainage system and striping. This project will also remove and replace damaged concrete barriers to meet the current Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) standards.
