The project consists of additional spot concrete pavement replacement and asphalt shoulder repair on the I-5 northbound ramp of the San Onofre Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) near Oceanside, CA. Proposed equipment to be used is a cold planer, asphalt paver, concrete pavement saw cutter, and a 10-ton crane for concrete pavement removal and scale reconstruction and for the paved area to be rehabilitated.
