Document Description
The Cal Maritime Waterfront Master Plan is a long-term planning document to guide phased development for in-water facilities and the campus for the CSU Cal Maritime Academy. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 20-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through May 1, 2038, for proposed Phase One development consisting of demolition of the existing Cal Maritime pier and reconstruction of a new pier with breakwater, catwalks, mooring dolphins, and dredging surrounding the new pier.
