Document Description
The District is proposing to construct 1,925 square-foot warehouse adjacent to the Joint Regional Water Supply System Bradt Reservoir Site within the city of San Clemente. The building would be placed adjacent to the reservoir on a paved site on disturbed fill soils. Construction would include placing a prefabricated metal building on-site on a small foundation and then doing electrical work inside. Footing excavations for the building would be to approximately three feet below the existing pavement. Construction activities, including the import and export of materials, would be complete within a month or less. Please refer to the Attachment A for further details.
