After reveiwing the project and setting, the Environmental Coordinator determined the project is categorically exempt because it entails constructing a 1,456 sq. ft. structure and other utility upgrades necessary for investor-owned utilities to provide public utility services. Project does not involve the use of significant amounts of hazardous substances, does not exceed 10,000 square feet in floor area in an urbanized area. None of the exceptions in Section 15300.2 apply.
