The project site is 3.72 acres of vacant general commercial zoned land that is currently six (6) parcels on South China Lake Boulevard between East Church Avenue and East Wilson Avenue. The project consists of the development of two hotels. Hotel (1) is a Home 2 Suites by Hilton that will be 3-story, with the tallest parapet at 47’, a total of 107 guest rooms, an indoor pool, and an outdoor amenity area. Hotel (2) is a Woodspring Suites that will be 4-story, with the tallest parapet at 60’, a total of 123 guest rooms. The project will have shared parking facilities with 234 parking stalls, including 8 ADA and 11 EV/Clean Air Vanpool spaces.
