Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of a self-storage yard with seven storage buildings, a main office with a coffee shop, 127 permanent shipping containers for storage, and an area designated for recreational vehicle parking on two parcels totaling 4.9-acres north of Winship Road. The overall square footage for this project is approximately 90,000 square feet of self-storage buildings. A Planned Development is proposed to modify the existing setback requirements in this zone district in order to eliminate potential loitering areas and maximize development capacity.
