Document Description
The reorganization proposes the annexation of County Service Area (CSA) 79 to Running Springs Water District with the Dissolution of CSA 79 and the transfer of its lands, assets, revenues, etc. to the Running Springs Water District for continued operation of its wastewater collection service. Additionally, CSA 79 Zone R-1 (providing snow removal services to a designated area within Green Valley Lake will also be dissolved and formed as a zone to CSA 70, CSA 70 R-52, to continue the service and its voter-approved special tax.
