Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-33589-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, the City of Beaumont. The Project includes development of through street improvements and extension of 2nd Street from the westerly boundary of the Home Depot to the proposed intersection at Pennsylvania Avenue. The Project will include construction of a new storm drain facility, and improvements to existing drainage and culverts which will impact approximately 0.33-acres of CDFW 1602 resources through impact to three ephemeral streams (labeled A, B, and C) (Exhibit 2).
