The Board’s approval involves issuing an encroachment permit for the restoration and creation of in-channel, riparian, and floodplain habitat under the Basso-La Grange Reach Floodplain and Spawning Habitat Restoration Project, which is exempt under the statutory exemption of the CEQA Public Resources Code Section 21080.56, subdivisions (a) to (d) and received concurrence from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife pursuant to CEQA Public Resources Code Section 21080.56(e).
