Document Description
The project will provide a roundabout at Dam Road and Dam Road Extension. It will consist of multi-lane entries on all intersection entries with shared pathways and crosswalks. The project will improve the traveling conditions for transit vehicles accessing the area as well as improve safety for pedestrians at crossing and reducing traffic congestion.

The installation of the round-about at Dam Road/Dam Road Extension is exempt from CEQA per Section 15301 (c), as the installation of the round about is to help improve public safety for those who travel in the wi thin the City of Clearlake. The improvements will reconfigure the existing lanes to accommodate for the road-about. The installation of the round-about will not create additional automobile lanes.
