Document Description
Construct 5 x 24 feet pier, 4 x 27 feet gangway, 3 x 30 feet gangway, and 4 x 10 feet landing for gangway. Pilings from existing boatlift will remain. The boatlift cradle will be replaced. Above the boatlift, a 17 x 28 feet party deck will be constructed. Two metal pilings will be driven. The three pilings to be driven are currently on dry land. No tules or willow trees were observed within the project area. Work would be performed during the hitch work window between October 15 and December 31. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources and a building permit from the Building Department.
