Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed an amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0288-R5 (Agreement), pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
The project is limited to routine maintenance activities within the Van Norman Complex. The Agreement included routine maintenance activities for stormwater infrastructure within the Van Norman Complex. The amended Agreement updates the project description to describe maintenance activities to occur in the Upper Debris Basin (UDB), a debris basin within the Van Norman Complex. Activities include sediment removal within the low flow channel of the UDB and maintenance of existing access roads within the basin. The amendment includes updated avoidance and minimization measures to reflect current site conditions.
