Document Description
DESCRIPTION OF THE NATURE AND PURPOSE OF PROJECT: This project proposes the installation of two temporary horse shelters in the upper Mitt Pasture to provide access to shade and shelter from inclement weather for concessionaire horses in accordance with the Minimum Standards of Horse Care in the State of California (UC Davis 2014). The temporary wooden shelters are built on skids and will not require any ground disturbance to install.
