The proposed project consists of a Use Permit for the relocation of a 6’ high solid wood fence located within the front yard setback on a 1.9-acre parcel zoned Rural Residential (RR) B6 10, Floodway (F1), Floodplain (F2), Scenic Resource (SR), Riparian Corridor (RC) 100/50, and Valley Oak Habitat (VOH) combining zones. This Use Permit is to satisfy the requirements of Sonoma County Code Violations VCM20-0557, VPL20-0251, and VPL20-0252. The proposed use is consistent with the Sonoma County General Plan and Sonoma County Zoning Code.
