Document Description
The project includes the replacement of aging buildings and infrastructure with high-quality hospitality, resort residential, and commercial uses, as well as skier services and support areas. Hospitality and related commercial uses are primarily located on private land under the jurisdiction of the Town of Mammoth Lakes. Most of the skier service facilities are in the Inyo National Forest on federal land administered by the US Forest Service. The project requires analysis pursuant to CEQA and NEPA.
