Document Description
The project is limited to excavation of approximately 241 cubic yards of accumulated lake sediments from the boat launch area of the Homewood High and Dry Marina by means of a barge mounted long reach excavator. The marina area will be surrounded by a turbidity curtain to minimize any turbidity in surrounding lake waters during dredging operations. All excavated sediments will be placed into lined dump trucks or roll-off containers then transported and disposed of outside of the lake basin. The marina boat launch area will be excavated to a mean elevation of 6,217.0 ft.
