Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-RIV-50158-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, IP Easley, LLC, IP Easley II, LLC, and IP Easley III, LLC, subsidiaries of Intersect Power, LLC. The Project involves development of a utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) electrical generating and storage facility and associated infrastructure to generate and deliver renewable electricity to the statewide electricity transmission grid. The Project would generate up to 390 megawatts (MW) of renewable electricity via arrays of solar PV panels, store up to 650 MW in a battery energy storage system and include appurtenant facilities. construction equipment used to complete the Project will include but not be limited to mowers, graders, backhoes, pile drivers, auger trucks, boom trucks, tractors, and trenchers.
