The Project is limited to the development of an 815,420 square foot (SF) industrial building within 40.81 gross acres along Stoddard Wells Road, south of Abbey Lane, which will include a 798,470 SF industrial building, parking lot, 1 acre of street dedication and related site landscaping, and drainage. The Project will result in incidental take of 2 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia) which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation
