Document Description
The 4.86-acre project site will be developed into a 136-unit senior housing complex, complete with surfaced driveways and parking lots, bicycle parking spaces, landscaping, and associated indoor and outdoor amenities. An intermittent drainage and an ephemeral drainage located on the project site will be impacted from construction activities. Two culverts with energy dissipating rip rap will placed in the drainage channels on the Project site. Landscape swale and bio retention planters will also be developed within the project area to manage storm water runoff.
