In order to reduce flooding in Downtown Santa Ana, the City of Santa Ana proposes the reconstruction and upgrade of the storm drain infrastructure along Third Street, and construction of a subsurface stormwater infiltration system, landscaping, asphalt and concrete paving, and utility work underneath a City-owned parking lot.
