Document Description
DWR and Contractor will replace the roofs on the Plant Maintenance Building, Civil Maintenance Building, and Del Valle Pumping Plant Building. Existing roofing and all components will be cut, removed, and disposed. The new roofing will consist of a Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing system and components to fit within the existing roofing space. The work will also include installation of skylights, ventilators, gutters, downspouts, drains, roof accessories, ladders, and guardrails. All work is within DWR right of way.
