Document Description
The project includes converting the existing overhead utility lines to an underground system, including removal of utility poles. Limited trenching will be required and all surfaces will be restored at approximately the same grade as exists now. The project has independent utility and will not require future construction to function; it does not require new right-of-way and does not involve landscaping activities that use known invasive plant species. All work is within City right-of-way.
