Document Description
The Project consists of installing a new above-grade receiving tank for liquid organic wastes, replacing existing biogas treatment equipment, and performing minor site improvements at CMSA's existing WWTP, involving negligible expansion of existing use. Consistent with the categorical exemption outlined under Section 21083 of the Public Resources Code, the Project meets all criteria for a Class 1 exemption under Section 15301(b) of CEQA.
