Frontier Communications proposes to work within Caltrans right of way on State Route 395 in Modoc County from Post Mils (PM) 23.06 to PM 23.13. The work consists of trenching approximately 4 linear feet and boring approximately 396 linear feet for the purpose of placing fiber optic cable. The work will also include placing two 2' x 3' hand holes and one 3'x 5' pullbox.
