Document Description
The project is proposing to develop a sod grass parking lot associated with the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (IWTG). The project will be an expansion of the existing IWTG sod grass parking lot facilities to the east. The project will operate as a year-round sod farm with seasonal event parking, providing paved ingress/egress roads, sidewalks, signage, and ride share drop-off/pick-up facilities, located along the project frontage on Miles Avenue. A Zone Text Amendment is proposed to allow the use.
