The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project is to capture two existing drainage culverts to mitigate haphazard surface flow and site erosion. Pipes will be connected to a new culvert pipe that will outlet at the bank of Curtis Creek above the Ordinary High Water Mark.
