Document Description
The City of Compton proposes improvements to the intersection of Artesia Boulevard and Santa Fe Avenue to provide congestion relief during peak hours and to improve safety for vehicles and pedestrians. Proposed intersection improvements include the adding an eastbound right-turn lane, conversion of an existing right-turn lane into a shared through/right-turn and construction of a retaining wall on the southwest corner of the intersection along Artesia Boulevard. The improvements would require modifications to the raised median and tree removal.
