Document Description
The purpose of the Plumas Sierra Noxious Weed Management Project is treat and control B and C Rated weeds in both Plumas and Sierra Counties, and move towards eradication of A Rated weeds as mandated by the California Department of Food and Agriculture. The control of invasive weeds is vital to the present and future ecological health of the Feather River Watershed, and protects our agricultural resources and ag production such as hay and cattle.
