The Loan Agreement for the Use of PLHA Program Funds for $2,000,000 will be used to pay a portion of the development and construction costs for Avenue 44 Apartments located at northeast comer of Avenue 44 and Golf Center Parkway Drive, in the City of Indio, also identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 692-060-019 and 692-060-020. The Project will provide a total of 182 units comprised of 87 one-bedroom units, 48 two bedroom units, 45 three-bedroom units and two unrestricted manager's units. Under the County's PLHA program, 87 units will be restricted to low and very low income households. Those will be restricted for a period of at least 55 years from the recordation of the Notice of Completion.
