Work will remove the existing modular and install the new modular on the same site, in the same footprint, as the removed modular, excavate to install a new power pole and string new wires to re-activate the electrical power supply

Project consists of the operation, repair, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels, included as “Utility repairs or minor upgrades” in the Department of Parks and Recreation’s list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR § 15300.4 ; the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced; the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; and minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes
