Document Description
The project is on SR 41 near Tulare Ave. and Divisadero St. It will enhance and beautify the gore areas by installing rock blanket, stamped concrete in raised median, and replace dead vegetation with drought tolerant plants. It will also install standard plan decorative fencing along the bridge rail at the interchange of Tulare Street and Divisadero Street. The purpose of the project is to enhance and beautify the area surrounding SR 41 to provide a more attractive space for pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists. It is needed to prevent trash accumulation and maintain aesthetics that aligns with the City of Fresno’s current visual identity and character.
