Document Description
The applicant is proposing to divide land located at 760 4th Ave., Kingsburg, CA, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APNs): 002-030-006, -007, -012, -014, -033, and 002-080-033. This proposal consists of a Lot Line Adjustment and a land division, both of which will be accomplished when a parcel map records for this project. The Lot Line Adjustment will adjust the boundaries between two (2) existing legal parcels (383.92 acres and 20.08 acres) resulting in the same size parcels (383.92 acres and 20.08 acres) but the angle of the property line will shift. The land division will divide one (1) of the resulting parcels from the adjustment (383.92 acres) into three (3) parcels (152.84 acres, 130.07 acres, and 63.27 acres) and a designated remainder (37.74 acres).
