Remove the existing aeration treatment facility from the Imperial plant and replace it with a Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filtration system for the removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs),perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS). Treatment system will consist of four 12-foot diameter vessels in lead-lag arrangement.
