Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved three small mixed light tier 2 cultivation licenses (LCA22-0001272, LCA22-0001273, LCA22-0001274) submitted on April 14, 2022, by Yihua Song. Cultivation is to occur in existing greenhouses using supplemental lighting at a rate of 16 watts per square foot. Total canopy size for the three licenses is 26,151 square feet. The Project includes approximately 590.922 square feet of cultivation within existing greenhouses, and manufacturing, processing, distribution, office and storage within an existing 32,458 square foot processing facility on a site containing existing row crops, greenhouse plant production, and cannabis cultivation.
