Type, Section or Code
Section 15303(e) for New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures
Reasons for Exemption
Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), because the new construction is limited to a small lease area of no greater than 500 square-feet, and submitted technical reports confirm upon proper installation that the facility shall operate in compliance with Federal Communication Commission (FCC) standards for allowable radiofrequency and electromagnetic exposure limits, and with Sonoma County General Plan policies and code restrictions on allowable noise exposure levels and use of backup generators.
