Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a Clean California Safety Enhancement Project along the
Downey Dollison Fitness Trail between Buell Street and Dollison Drive, within Caltrans right-of-way by Interstate 5 from Post Mile (PM) 6.1 to PM 6.4 in the Cities of Downey and Norwalk in Los Angeles County. The proposed project will provide public amenities and will include installing minimal landscape with new irrigation system, three pet waste stations, and 20 feet of chain link fence and access gate. Excavation will have a maximum depth of three (3) feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
