Document Description
The Project includes turn lanes extension to enhance traffic flows, and reduce congestion. Specific measures comprise of extending EDH Boulevard northbound left turn pocket and southbound left turn pocket as shown in the attached sheet, adding a southbound right turn pocket at Saratoga Way, ADA upgrades to existing curb and ramp at Saratoga Way, storm drainage improvements, landscape irrigation adjustment, center median landscaped tree removal, and roadside signs installation. Construction work for the Project will be limited to the existing roadway prism. Roadway utility relocation, and short-term lanes closures and traffic delays are expected during construction operations.
