Connect SoCal 2024 updates the last adopted Connect SoCal (2020 RTP/SCS), as amended, by refining goals, objectives, and policies and the list of transportation projects, and extending the planning horizon to 2050. As with Connect SoCal, Connect SoCal 2024 is intended to continue the region's various strategies that improve the balance of between land use and transportation and transit, both current and future. Please see the Project Description section of the NOP for more information.
