Document Description
Demolish (E) church and all associated improvements; and construct a two-story 72-guestroom 44,191 sq ft hotel and associated improvements. Project includes a 77-space surface parking lot, comprehensive site landscaping, and hardscape. An existing onsite drainage feature and separate riparian woodland are proposed to be protected in place and restored. Proposed earthwork/grading to establish the building pad, address flood elevation requirements, and address site drainage is estimated at 4,700 cy cut, 2,900 cy fill, and 1,800 cy net export. Necessary utility upgrades include a new upsized water main line and sewer main line.
