Document Description
The project consists of remodeling 2,098 square feet within an existing clinic building to create an outpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit at the Miller Wellness Center to provide emotional crisis support for youth that will be separate from the adults. Both groups are currently being served in the same facility, resulting in the young patients being in the presence of adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. The current Behavioral Health office requires improvements to create a space where youth can be served in an environment more conducive to positive therapeutic outcomes.
