Document Description
A chain link fence will be installed around the backyard of a residential facility at Heber Dunes SVRA to prevent public incursion into the property. The proposed fence will form a square shape along the yard and residence and be approximately 180 feet in total length. The chain link fence posts will be constructed with 8’ fence posts set at a maximum depth of 24” into the ground at 6’ to 10’ intervals. Post holes will be 12” in diameter, dug by an auger or shovels. The manufactured chain-link gates for these new fences will provide 36” of clearance to conform to ADA guidelines. Additionally, a 6” wooden post will be installed approximately 75’ southeast of the residence to allow an acoustic bat recorder to be seasonally mounted for monitoring. Periodic maintenance will occur. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the Environmental Coordinator listed below.
