Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a Clean California Enhancement project on State Route (SR)118 from 0.3 mile west of First Street Overcrossing to 0.1 mile east of Kuehner Drive Undercrossing, PM R23.5/R30.5 in the City of Simi Valley, in Ventura County. The proposed work would include enhancing the infrastructure on SR-118 by improving the aesthetic appearance of the roadside. The project work will be performed along ramps, medians, slopes, and will include Install rock blanket and stamped concrete paving at various locations, hydroseed, hydro mulch, and composite median in areas adjacent to ramps, place decorative plants along the ramps, and modify existing irrigation systems. Excavation is proposed to a maximum depth of 0.5 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of way will be acquired for the project.
